We need partners like you to create a team of passionate runners or walkers and supporters that will participate in the Treat Yourself 5K on May 11th, 2019, and use this opportunity to raise funds for Providence ElderPlace and Providence Heritage House at the Market. Every dollar helps our elders, and every dollar stays right here in King County!


We are so grateful that you want to create a fundraising team and help support Providence ElderPlace (PEP) and Providence Heritage House at the Market (PHHM).

PEP and PHHM, are two ministries in King County, who together serve almost 800 people a day in need of comprehensive health care, assisted living, skilled nursing and social services. Services provided by these two ministries include:

  • Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

  • Adult Day Program

  • Assisted Living            


 
By helping me fundraise for my team you are transforming the lives of elders that live in King County. This is the only fundraiser just for ElderPlace and Heritage House by the Market so every dollar raised goes directly to those ministries. Thank you for joining me on this fundraising adventure!
