Thank you for  joining us in the fundraising effort for Providence ElderPlace and Heritage House at the Market!

Everyday the staff at Elderplace Kent provide compassionate care to poor and vulnerable elders in South King County.  Whether it is securing housing for participants in unsafe living situations, providing the needed medical equipment to promote independence and quality of life, or bringing medical care to patients who have not previously had access, this team continually goes above and beyond to care for members of the community!  


We are so grateful that you want to create a fundraising team and help support Providence ElderPlace (PEP) and Providence Heritage House at the Market (PHHM).

PEP and PHHM, are two ministries in King County, who together serve almost 800 people a day in need of comprehensive health care, assisted living, skilled nursing and social services. Services provided by these two ministries include:

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Adult Day Program

Assisted Living
