We are so grateful that you want to create a fundraising team and help support Providence ElderPlace (PEP) and Providence Heritage House at the Market (PHHM).

PEP and PHHM, are two ministries in King County, who together serve almost 800 people a day in need of comprehensive health care, assisted living, skilled nursing and social services. Services provided by these two ministries include:

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Adult Day Program

Assisted Living 
 

This team was created for Providence ElderPlace and Heritage House at the Market's leadership team members that did not have time to create a team this year. Their priority right now is making sure our residents and participants are safe, healthy, and still receiving the highest quality care, regardless of ability to pay.
