Timeline:
- 4:30 p.m. – Registration opens (4th Floor Grand Ballroom, North Tower)
- 5:00 p.m. –Santa photos, purchase a ticket for the prize drawings, photo booth hosted by CitySoundWave, donate to the Giving Tree
- 5:30 p.m. – Concert begins, opening performance by Splinter Dance Group, Northwest Boychoir Apprentice Group, Seattle Girls Choir
- 6:30 p.m. –Dinner is served, prize drawing, santa photos
- 8:00 p.m. – Event Ends
Prize drawing for 3 kids-themed gift baskets:
- Tickets 1 for $5* or 5 for $20*
- Themes: Christmas Crafts, Anime, and Games, Arts & Crafts
- All tickets will be entered into the same drawing - the first ticket pulled will select the basket of their choice, and so on
- Drawing takes place during dinnner
- Must be present to win
