Dress code: Black-Tie Optional
Timeline:
5:30 p.m. – Registration opens, silent auction opens, hosted signature cocktails, purchase a raffle ticket, vote for your favorite Christmas tree
6:45 p.m. – Silent & Super Silent Auctions, and Bars Close
6:45 p.m. – Call to Dinner
7:05 p.m. – Blessing
7:30 p.m. – Live Auction & Fund-A-Need
9:15 p.m. – Event Ends
Diamond Ticket Raffle: Purchase a $100 raffle ticket for a chance to win a Canlis dinner for 8 with wine pairings, sponsored by Providence ElderPlace PACE Leadership.
Centerpieces: All centerpieces will be donated to a tenant living at a Supportive Housing Ministry after our gala.
Dinner Menu:
First Course: Grilled peach & barley salad (vegan)
Sweetened cranberry, spinach, mama Lil’s pepper Pomegranate dressing
Second Course: Braised pork belly (Gluten free)
Maple mustard glaze, buttered corn & bean smash, cherry jus
Entrée: Braised short-rib (Gluten free)
Beecher's polenta, grilled seasonal vegetables, Tinte Cellars gastrique
