5:00 p.m. – Registration opens, silent auction opens, hosted signature cocktails, purchase a raffle ticket, vote for your favorite Christmas tree
6:45 p.m. – Silent Auction Closes
6:50 p.m. – Call to Dinner & Blessing
7:30 p.m. – Live Auction
9:00 p.m. – Event Ends
Diamond Ticket Raffle: Purchase a $100 raffle ticket for a chance to win a Canlis dinner for 8 with wine pairings, sponsored by Providence ElderPlace PACE Leadership.

Raffle of Joy: For $50 you will have the chance to win a original piece of artwork by Steve Jensen.

First Course: Tomato tartare (Vegetarian)

Olive oil poached Roma tomato, green bean salad, frisée & micro greens, basil aioli & balsamic

Second Course: Acorn squash bisque (Gluten-free)

Caramelized squash & candied ginger slaw, maple bacon

Entrée: Beef Wellington

Mushroom duxelle, winter root vegetable hash, merlot gastrique
