Thank you for your interest in participating in this year's Providence O'Christmas Trees Signature Cocktail Contest. We have filled all the bartender spots but if you would like be on a wait-list to participate please fill-out the form below.

What you should know:

• All cocktails must include Crater Lake Vodka.
• The bartender who crafts the winning cocktail will receive two tickets to the Gala Dinner & Auction and a room at The Westin for that evening.
• Bartenders are responsible for providing mixers & garnishes for up to 200 sample size cocktails, shakers, tools, marketing display and/or business cards or brochures advertising you and your bar.
• We have only eight openings available. Don't delay in submitting your form!
