Thank you for your interest in participating in this year's Signature Cocktail Contest "Chopped" edition. 

What you should know:

• All cocktails must include Crater Lake Vodka.
• Taping will take place 3 weeks before airing online.
• There is no fee to complete just a donation of your time (about 4-5 hrs).
• A panel of three judges will determine the winning cocktail which will then be served at Providence O'Christmas Trees Gala Dinner & Auction on Dec 2nd at the Westin Seattle.
• The bartender who crafts the winning cocktail will receive two tickets to the Gala Dinner & Auction.
• We have only four openings available. Don't delay in submitting your application!
