A part of Providence Health & Services, Providence Home and Community Care offers a full range of services for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses, including hospice, home care, assisted living, nursing homes, skilled nursing, infusion, care for the elderly and supportive housing.
Our vision is quite simple and yet very powerful. We are committed to improving the quality of life of those with chronic and/or life-limiting conditions living in our communities.
Throughout the Pandemic
Providence Home and Community Care has continued to accept new patients/participants/residents in our ministries that provide skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, hospice, in-home care, pharmacy services, and low-income housing.
We continue to treat COVID-19 patients wherever they live. We do not turn away people who test positive for COVID-19. By using full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), our caregivers are able to safely care for all of our patients and residents.
Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our residents, patients, and caregivers (our employees).
