Registration is located in the North Tower on the San Juan level or 3rd floor. Every guest will be required to check in before heading to the Grand Ballroom.

The Grand Ballroom and Grand Lobby are located in the North Tower on the 4th floor.

DRESS CODE
Business Casual or Festive. To celebrate our Ruby Anniversary, we invite you to add a touch of red to your attire. Coat check is available on the 4th floor in the Grand Lobby.

TIMELINE

10:45 a.m. - Registration opens (North Tower, 3rd Floor, San Juan Level)
11:00 a.m. - Visit our Community Partners, purchase raffle tickets, get your complimentary picture taken with Santa (Grand Lobby); Vote for your favorite tree (Grand Ballroom) and vote for your favorite Gift of Tree (Grand Lobby)
11:50 a.m. - Program Begins (Grand Ballroom)
12:00 p.m. - Lunch served, Entertainment by a Quartet from The Rainier Symphony, and an ask to support Providence Home and Community Care
1:00 p.m. - Program Ends

RAFFLE INFORMATION:
$50/ticket for a chance to win an Edgewater Staycation valued at $1,350. Includes a 2-night stay at the iconic Edgewater Hotel in a Water View Room with parking included. Also included in this package is a $250 food and beverage credit at the Six Seven Restaurant. Winner will be selected at the end of the Luncheon on Dec. 3. You do not need to be present to win.

$25/ticket for a Ben Bridge Benny Bear and a chance to win a piece of jewelry from Ben Bridge. Winner will be selected at the end of the Gala on Dec. 4. You do not need to be present to win.
