INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING A TEAM

  1. Navigate to the "Team Signup" Page
  2. Click the link called "Click Here to Join"
  3. A new window will appear and ask you to create a Join Me account or log into an existing account. To create a new account click the green bar called "Create Account"
  4. Type your email address, confirm you're not a robot and then click "confirm"
     
  5. Login to your email account and verify your account by clicking on the link. Please check your junk email for the verification email. After you verify your email, log into Join Me.
  6. Create a Team name and decide if you want to keep the team private or let any join.
    1. If you decide to make your team private you will have to share a 3 character password.

  7. After you click “Create” you will be taken to the back-end of your team page where you can edit some of the text, view your team’s page, promote or email friends and family, view your progress and manage your team.
  8. TIP: save the login page for future use to make changes to your team page.

  9. If you plan on fundraising yourself as part of the team you will need to add yourself to the team. Simply view your page and click “Join as Member” link on the bottom of the page.
  10. Congratulations! You've created your team page to help raise funds for Providence ElderPlace and Heritage House at the Market. Thank you for your support.
  11. Other Tips: Change the page title to make it more personal. You can replace Providence Health & Services to just Providence. There are other areas of your page that can be modified. Just look for the edit button and make sure to save your changes by clicking the "done" button on the bottom of the page. Have fun and good luck fundraising!
