May 1 has come and gone, but your generosity continues to bring smiles to the folks living at Providence Mount St. Vincent and St. Josephs Residence. Thank you to those who donated to our May Day Celebration! Because of you, we were able to purchase 60 dozen flowers from Flowers Just 4 U, a locally owned shop. We were also blessed with sunshine on May 1 and held a beautiful retirement celebration for Patricia Szabo. Over the course of her long career, Patricia has raised roughly $18 million in support of the ministries of Providence Home and Community Care! A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended the celebration, to all who donated festive springtime flowers, and to those of you who choose to donate in honor of Patricia. Your efforts resulted in a combined total of $19,254 that will support the ministries of Home and Community Care. And hey—it’s not too late to donate! It’s the most fitting way to continue the spirit of the May Day Celebration. Every dollar matters to our ministries. Let’s reach $20,000! Finally, a special thank-you to the May Day committee members for all their hard work: Joan Dehart Colleen Farrell Vivian Hsu Anna Samsonova Robin Reed Beth Upton
