Infuse Crater Lake Vodka with 3-4 fir needles. Let the mixture infuse for about 4-5 days in a mason jar. Strain out the vodka after 4-5 days. Pour 2 oz of infused vodka, and 4 oz or white cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish the drink with a fir bud.

Drop one Luxardo cherry into your champagne flute. Next, pour 1.5 oz of Crater Lake Rye Whiskey into the flute. Finally, pour approximately 4 oz of champagne down the side of the glass, so that it does not spill over. Enjoy!

Start your cocktail by rimming the glass with cinnamon sugar. Next, fill your shaker with ice, pour 2 oz of Crater Lake Reserve Rye, ¾ oz of Cocktail Ginger Citrus cocktail mixture, 3-5 dasher of bitters, and 1 oz of apple cider. Shake the drink for 10 seconds, pour into your cinnamon rimmed glass with some ice.

In a shaker, pour Crater Lake Vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua and shake contents. Pour into a glass full of ice. Slowly add 4 oz of Coca-Cola and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Start the cocktail with a shaker full of ice. Pour 2 oz of Crater Lake Ginger Vodka into the shaker, add 1.5 oz of Midori Melon Liqueur, and three oz of fresh pineapple juice. Shake for about ten seconds. You can also dip the rim of your martini glass in sanded sugar. Last step, garnish with a maraschino cherry.

A Partridge in a Pear Tree
Pour Crater Lake Gin, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, lemon juice, thyme infused simple syrup, 1 egg white and a couple cubes of ice. Shake for 60 seconds or until ice has melted. Pour over a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a red pear slice and a thyme spray.

O'Trees Martini
Start your Martini by placing ice in your martini glass (This will keep the glass cold longer). Measure 1.5 oz of Crater Lake Vodka into your cocktail shaker as well as your dry Vermouth. Throw out the ice in your glass. Place three olives on an olive spear and set them in your glass. Use a spoon to measure out additional olive juice for flavor. Shake your martini for 20-30 seconds. Pour out contents into your glass.
NW Breakfast Shots
This drink requires two shot glasses per drink. Fill up the first shot glass with 0.5 oz of Crater Lake Rye Whiskey. In the same shot glass pour 0.5 oz of Butterscotch Liquor. Fill up the second shot glass with orange juice. Garnish the OJ glass by placing half a slice of bacon on top of the shot glass, or stand up the bacon inside the glass.

To make dalgona, in a bowl combine 2 TBSP each of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk until color changes to light brown and becomes airy like whipped cream. Set aside or transfer to a piping bag. To make cocktail: Pour the Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka over ice then slowly add the half and half. Dollop with the dalgona and garnish with coco nibs or crushed hazelnuts and enjoy! Make sure to stir cocktail before sipping.

Making Fabulous Happen Martini
Muddle cubes of honeydew in a cocktail shaker. Add Crater Lake Vodka, Midori, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Add ice to shaker, and shake drink for about ten seconds. Pour mixture into martini glass. Add 2 oz of Perrier on top and garnish with one maraschino cherry and a slice of honeydew.

Pour 1.5 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka, 1.0 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, 0.5 oz Cointreau, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and a the hint of Orange Blossom Water into a cocktail shaker. Add ice to you shaker, shake for 10-20 seconds. Double strain the drink with the addition of a mesh strainer to eliminate the ice chips. Lastly, garnish with candied ginger chips on a cocktail spear.
