Cocktail: Betty White Christmas | View Recipe | Tip the Mixologist
Hi! I am a cook and a mother of three ridiculous children which means a lot of my days are spent day dreaming over cocktails. Over the last 20 years I’ve been cooking and creating on television, in magazines, and online. My recipes and cocktails have been featured on Martha Stewart, Better Homes & Gardens and Rachel Ray Magazine to name a few! Several years ago, I created a free app, Weeknight Society, to publish my recipes and encourage families to eat healthy dinners together. Download the app, shake a cocktail with me, and let’s cook dinner together!

Kelnero opened its doors in January 2019 in Edmonds, WA just north of Seattle. We serve craft cocktails, Pacific Northwest inspired cuisine, and currently have two patios available for dine-in service under Phase 2 guidelines in Snohomish County. Kate is the bar manager and has been working with the owners (Kali & Kris Kelnero) since its inception. This is the second year that Kelnero has been chosen to compete in the Providence Signature Cocktail Contest and we are so thrilled to be a part of this amazing fundraiser!

Cocktail: O'Christmas Trees Martini | View Recipe | Tip the Mixologist
I'm the Event Coordinator for Providence Home and Community Care Special Events. I love learning to mix new cocktails, whether I got the recipe from a friend, family member, or a cocktail that I just tried at a restaurant. For my videos, please enjoy my riff on a martini. I also have the ‘Northwest Breakfast Shot’ featured in my section, which is an adaptation of a popular shot from one of my favorite Irish bars in Seattle. The Crater Lake Rye Whiskey pairs nicely with the butterscotch liquor. When I am not planning O’Christmas Trees events, I enjoy oil painting, photography, spending time with my cat, and adventures with friends & family.

Cocktail: Jingle Dalgona | View Recipe | Tip the Mixologist
I'm an Event Manager for Providence O'Christmas Trees. This signature cocktail is special because I incorporate dalgona (whipped coffee) as a topping which adds some decadence to a typical White Russian. Using good instant coffee is the key to making great dalgona and hot water will reduce your whisking time. I look forward to gathering in person with many of you and hope you take some "comfort and joy" from our videos. Thank you for supporting Providence O'Christmas Trees!

2019 was a busy year for me. I was named one of Seattle's five favorite bartenders by The Stranger, one of the top eight bartenders in the US by Bacardi and one of the top twelve bartenders in the Americas by Marriott. I've worn a few other hats though before rolling up my sleeves behind the bar. I was a series regular on the British prime-time drama Brookside and even have a brief appearance in Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins (blink and you'll miss me.) I have taught ethics at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut where I also gave the TED Talk "An Actor's Guide to Real Life" and currently (in the hours before starting my shift at the Westin) am editor of Sacred Heart University Magazine. Last year I was honored to create the signature cocktail for Providence O'Christmas Trees charity gala and am delighted to be able to be a part of the festivities again this year – even if only virtually. Here's raising a glass to seeing you all at 1900 Fifth sometime soon.
