ABOUT OUR ONLINE AUCTION (Nov. 30th - Dec. 5th)
WHO: Anyone will be able to bid once our online auction goes live.
WHAT: We are combining our silent and live auction items to be sold online only.
WHERE: CLICK HERE to preview the online catalog now. Anyone that registers for our virtual event will receive an email with a link to our online auction.
WHEN: Our online auction opens at 8:00 AM on November 30th and closes at 8:00 PM on December 5th.
WHY: For our guests' safety we will not be holding any in-person O'Christmas Trees events.

ABOUT OUR VIRTUAL GALA & AUCTION (Dec. 5th with pre-show starting at 6:30pm)
WHO: Anyone registers will receive an email and text message with a link to view our virtual experience.
WHAT: We will hold a pre-event allowing guests time to login and register to donate at 6:30 pm. During the live event we'll have entertainment, acknowledgement of donors, updates on our fundraising goals and much, much, more!
WHERE: Anyone that registers for our virtual event will receive an email with a link to view the virtual experience.
WHEN: The program will begin at 7:00 pm (PDT) on December 5th.
WHY: So we can still bring you the magic of O'Christmas Trees even though we cannot meet in person!

ABOUT OUR DINNER AND WINE PICK-UP
WHO: Anyone can purchase a dinner or as many bottles of wine as needed to get through this pandemic.
WHAT: We are offering two dinner selections created by The Westin Seattle Chefs and two wine varieties from De Lille Cellars. The first 200 that purchase a dinner will receive a sway bag. Click Here for more details.
WHEN: After you make your meal selection please select your preferred pick-up time either between 12-2pm or 2-4pm on Dec. 5th.
HOW: You may drive through The Westin's Valet service during your pick-up time and we will drop your meal and/or in your trunk or back seat. Providence's COVID-19 protocol will be followed for a safe and contact-less pick-up of your meals and/or wine.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE WESTIN VALET:
FROM THE SOUTH:
- Head North on 6th Ave
- Drive through Stewart but stay in the left lane
- At the next intersection, turn left, crossing Westlake into the valet entrance
- Please wear a mask and give the valet your first and last name then wait for instructions. You will not have to leave your car.
FROM THE NORTH
- Head South on Westlake Ave
- Immediately after crossing 6th Ave turn Right into the valet entrance
- Please wear a mask and give the valet your first and last name then wait for instructions. You will not have to leave your car.
