Directions on how to earn 500 points through the Choose Well program

  • After the race, if you participated as a runner or walker, log into the Virgin Pulse program. Click here to log into Virgin Pulse

  • On the left side of the home screen are five round links.

 

  • Click on the fourth one down called “Ways to Earn”

  • Another screen will appear with a list of different ways to earn.

  • Click on the first one called “Community Run, Walk, Ride Participant”

  • Another window will appear.

  • Complete the form and check the box, then click the “submit” button.

  • Congratulations! You’ve just earned 500 by participating in the Treat Yourself 5K.
