Robert Homchick
Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP

As a healthcare regulatory attorney, Bob Homchick counsels clients in areas
such as physician self-referral (i.e., the federal Stark Law and its state law
counterparts), regulatory compliance, and fraud and abuse. Bob also
regularly represents hospitals, physicians, ancillary services providers, and
others in a wide variety of transactional matters including mergers,
acquisitions and affiliations, and the formation and operation of joint
ventures. Bob's depth of experience and understanding of the healthcare
industry allows him to answer questions practically, thoughtfully, and quickly.

Bob Homchick has been working with Providence for decades. During the
course of their partnership, he has worked on a broad range of matters
involving many Providence affiliates. He also serves as Davis Wright
Tremaine's relationship partner for Providence.

In 2022, Bob was honored with the American Health Law Association's
highest award: the David J. Greenburg Service Award. His extensive service
to AHLA has included serving as a board member, as chair of the program
committee's Fraud and Compliance Forum, and as chair of the practice
group on fraud and abuse, self-referrals, and false claims. He is also the
former chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Health Law section
and former President of the Federal Bar Association in the Western District
of Washington.

Bob has attended and supported Providence O'Christmas Trees for over a
decade. As we embark on our monumental 40th anniversary, Bob is excited to
join us in honoring the invaluable work of Providence Home and Community Care.
